The Southern African Intellectual Property Fund ("Fund") is a venture capital fund that is structured as a Bewind Trust.

The Fund closed its capital raising in 2004 and has R120 million in capital commitments.

The Fund is now fully invested but is still making follow-on investments in portfolio companies.  The Fund will be wound up on 30 June 2013.

The Fund currently has three portfolio companies.

The Fund is managed by Triumph Venture Capital (Pty) Limited.
